The Millenium Private & Public Consulting needed a professional digital presence that could speak credibly to two distinct audiences — corporate clients and government partners — without compromising on either register. Beyond the public-facing site, the firm required internal tooling to manage client engagements, track deliverables, and centralise document workflows that had previously been handled across disconnected email threads and shared drives.
Corporate site built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS for a clean, authoritative design that works across both private and public sector contexts. Sanity CMS gives the internal team full control over service pages, team profiles, and case study content without developer involvement. The internal engagement tracker is a lightweight Node.js + PostgreSQL application with role-based access — partners see the full client pipeline, associates see only their assigned mandates. Document versioning and approval workflows replace the previous email-based process.
